"Zorica" represents the dawn of a new day—a fresh start in how we care for our furry family members—while "Care" embodies our responsibility to provide the silent, devoted protection they deserve. We are here to ensure that your home remains a sanctuary where companionship feels simple, warm, and whole.

3. Where is Obliviscor based? Our company is registered and operated from Hong Kong. All customer service, logistics, and business operations are managed by our team at: WINLAND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LIMITED 465 Derby Road, Kowloon Tsai, Kowloon, Hong Kong


Account & Orders

4. Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can checkout as a guest. However, a free account allows you to track orders easily, save addresses for faster checkout, and gain exclusive access to new product launches.

5. How do I manage my account? You can sign up or log in via the “Account” link in the website header to update your details and view your order history.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order? We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, please email support@obliviscor.com within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is fulfilled, we may be unable to make changes.


Payment & Pricing

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

8. Is my payment information secure? Yes. We use PCI-DSS compliant gateways (like Stripe and PayPal) to ensure your data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

9. Are taxes and duties included? Sales tax may be added at checkout based on your destination. International customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient (DDU shipping).


Shipping & Delivery

10. Where do you ship from? To offer authentic products at fair prices, many items ship directly from our network of trusted global manufacturing partners.

11. What are the shipping costs? A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders. Processing takes 2–4 business days, and typical delivery is 10–20 business days after shipment.

12. How do I track my order? Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking info to activate.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

13. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition and original packaging. Please contact us to start a return. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

14. How do I start a return? Email support@obliviscor.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide instructions for your return.

15. Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Product & Quality

16. How do you ensure product quality? Every Obliviscor product is vetted for durability and pet safety. We work closely with partners who uphold high standards to ensure every detail is "meticulously crafted."

17. What if I receive a damaged item? Please inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@obliviscor.com with photos of the product and packaging. Use the subject line: DAMAGED.
